the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63
1 Thessalonians Series
In 2021 we dedicated our Tuesday Bible Study evenings to the study of 1 Thessalonians. Written by the Apostle Paul to the brethren at Thessalonica (in modern day Greece), we see deep pastoral affection toward a group of believers that he had spent only a brief amount of time with before he was thrown out of the city by the authorities.
In this epistle, Paul rejoices over the great start they had made in the faith and how God had blessed their testimony. Paul also felt the need to rehearse previous teaching to do with Christ’s second coming and reassure them of His certain return.
May the Lord bless you as listen to these messages.
